Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers in:

  • Denmark

  • The European Union (EU)

  • Selected international countries

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship to your location. We are continuously working to expand our delivery coverage.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Denmark).

As a dropshipping business, we work with multiple suppliers. This means that items in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse:

  • Denmark: 5–12 business days

  • European Union: 6–14 business days

  • International: 8–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or high demand periods.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your delivery location

  • The products in your order

  • The shipping method selected

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Denmark or the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


6. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that some suppliers or shipping methods may offer limited or delayed tracking updates. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.


7. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at service.esstar@gmail.com. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at service.esstar@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with our suppliers and shipping partners and do our best to resolve the situation.

In rare cases where a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
